A Club like no other
After recently completing another Evolve program, I feel inspired to jump into the next. Our coach Josh was next-level motivating, supportive, inspiring, and kind with the ups and downs of the program. Josh was always on hand to celebrate consistent wins, and pick you up for the bumps along the way, changing direction on food or workouts that weren’t providing results. We also had a community chat that bled comradery & support. I had additional sessions and felt supported from start to finish. So much fun. Life Changing!

The Evolve Program with an individual trainer has taught me so much I didn’t know about fitness and food, in order to achieve desired outcomes and goals in completing the program. The things I have learned, I have then incorporated and made habits in my daily activities beyond the 12-week period. With each week, I have developed further skills and knowledge base to further head towards my desired fitness and weight loss goals.
